Your satisfaction is very important to us. In cases of defective product, we are happy to offer returns. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. 

For yarn, we happily accept exchanges for items that remain in their original sale condition. This means it must be in the original tagged skein, and free from exposure to scents such as cigarette smoke. We are not able to offer cash refunds, but do offer store credit for returns. To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. The item must be received within 45 days of the purchase date.


Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, nor are we able to extend any previous free shipping to exchanges. Unapproved returns will be refused and returned to the sender.


We are not able to offer returns or exchanges for clothing items, except in cases of defective product. 


We do not offer refunds for pattern sales, as these are digital files.
